Don't you already have an Ashton Kutcher on the team?

Methinks that Marmel has a man crush on Ashton...

You are right. A commercial with him was on when I was making my pick.

He is sorta cute in that boyish kind of way.

CW, Whatchu mean, "singing a different tune"? I'm likin' Portland's chances a whole bunch right now. Next couple of seasons, the Biscuits should be right up there. One of the best-looking young teams in the league.

But then, speaking of young powerhouses...there are a few others that won't give it up easy. And San Antonio is only a player or two away from being the most dominating squad in ZFL history. I see some big-time "clash of the titans" coming up in the next few seasons. LA is looking strong, San Antonio, Portland, Moe Sizzlack...(hmmm...why are these all in the west?)...then Milwaukee is trying to sneak up...still have to contend with Knoxville...

I was referring to the best draft class this year, actually.

And the ZFL is turning into th the NBA. The western powerhouses, the eastern also-rans.

Which is just fine by me!

Portland selects, from the University of Northmen, HB Lothar Dirtpounder of the Here and There (E)

edit: And rumors abound that the aging, future Hall of Fame RB Antonio De La Tonio will be retiring and taking a coaching position with Portland. Lothar could do very well getting instruction from the world class HB.

I almost took him. But I needed a younger OG. Goliath is 35, he is B rated. But he was getting older. Your welcome.

Heads up on the trade, now. It's not Knoxville, but Chicago who is on the clock.

(P.S. - some mighty fine drafting going on here. Talent and need (and a key breakout) for some of our squads)

Just so you know, all of you better watch out now. Birmingham and Milwaukee are taking over the league.
