BLOC - an online game of geopolitics

There is a new, free to play, game out there that I thought folks around here might be interested in. It is just starting out, and is rough around the edges, but it does show some promise. I have the country of South Park, in Central America, run by cartman.

BLOC - a multiplayer political simulation game

Not sure, I never played that one.

The pace of this one is kinda slow. The there are two 'months' every day, and month is a turn. The turns happen at 2am/pm Central.

From a quick look, it seems pretty similar. Cleaned up interface, maybe more formulaic (i.e. If you do X then Y happens consistently).

Done.

No need to split, not sure how much of this I'm gonna end up playing.

I see that alliances exist... but I can't tell how they're created.

I think they are on offshoot of the alliances formed in on the game's bulletin board.

edit: New button in the Foreign Policy section. One can be formed for $150K.
