Anyone near Quebec City?

I am heading up there later this week with my brother & Dad for a weekend trip that's a birthday present for my Dad.

We've been to the area before (my brother, several times), especially to ski & hike near Mont. St. Anne.

Here's my question: I am looking for a great country pub / restaurant (or two) outside of Quebec City itself (or maybe inside, convince me!) with great food, wine, beer, location, etc....

This trip is going to be relatively low key - time for the three of us to get to talk and catch up (I just recently moved closer to home, so did my bro, and my Dad has retired recently). Any recommendations that fit the bill would be great.
