5 Surprisingly Spooky Places
Top 5 surprisingly spooky places | Fox News
Oakland Cemetery is where I grew up. I went into that place a few times. And it is spooky. One time we were in the cemetery and were approaching the Angel. It was a calm night. We got within about 100 feet and all of the sudden the wind starts whipping and the clouds rolled in. It was creepy. Ive kissed it, and am still alive. Another superstition is, if you kiss a virgin under the Angel it will turn white. It is still black. Great place to visit at midnight.

Ha, spent last weekend up in the White Mountains, Notchland was #2 on my lists of place to stay. Not for it's spookiness though, complete coincidence.
On a semi-related note, for anyone in driving distance of Lee, NH, get your ass to Haunted Overload. Not the scariest haunt out there, but the visuals are amazing. |

How exactly are cemeteries "surprisingly" spooky?
