Generic MP3 Speaker/Docking Station?
I've got two oldish MP3 players that I'd like to get a good speaker/docking station type deal, but I don't know a damn thing about the technology. I see a lot of them that say they're for the Ipod, Iphone, Iwhatever but will they work with my Coby MP3 player? Does it matter? I'm so confused? And I'd really like it to be the kind I plug into a wall and not just a battery.

I've got a pretty solid mp3 stand from Brookstone. It has an ipod dock on top, but also usb ports so you can use anything with it - sometimes I'll play something off of my cell phone through it.

You just usb your mp3 player to it and it plays through the speakers? I know I must sound like I'm 80.

Yeah. Cheap usb cord goes to the top of my ipod and into the back of the player.
