I have a 44 point lead going into Monday night. I have no one and Houston Hippopatimi has McCoy and Desean Jackson, I'm a little nervous.

David Wilson confuses me on so many levels. How does a kid with so much talent literally fuck up every opportunity he gets? He could be a 1500/500/10 type of back, but he goes out and fumbles 2 times on 7 carries? I hope like hell he "gets it" in the space of the next 6 days, because I can't get my head around a starting RB going straight in the shitter right out of the gate because of anything but injuries.
Yesterday, to me, was kind of a signal though.. The running game seems to simply be dying. The pass game is far too effective and easy to execute now. I think we will see rule changes after this season if the lack of running continues.

he got it together towards the end of the year last season, but don't expect him to see the field very much in upcoming weeks, Coughlin is going to teach him a lesson. I agree with the effectiveness of the pass game and was pretty pissed on the first Wilson fumble that they even called a running play, Eli had the Cowboys on their heels throwing the ball and Coughlin got conservative. |

The only time I don't like Coughlin is when he is teaching a guy on my fantasy team a lesson, heh.. I feel like if the Giants don't sign a street FA RB, Wilson will get one more chance to hang himself next week. I have my fingers crossed. I have him in too many leagues.

headed for another sick loss.
Basically needed 10 points from Lance Moore, Demarius Thomas, and Vernon Davis. I am now down to Davis and need 4 more in a downpour against the Seahawks. |

You don't think Vernon Davis has another 38 yards in him? I think you ought to be favored at this point.
Second week in a row I guess incorrectly about what WR / TE to play but scored better this go around. |

so sick
All I need is 11 points from the trio of Davis, Moore, and Demarius Thomas and they get 8, my kicker misses 2 field goals, and Stephen Jackson leaves the game after the first touch. I lose by 2. This after a week where I score the third most points and lose. So sick, easily could be 2-0. |

My wife has the highes scoring team in the league and is 2-3, go figure, and she is about to lose Julio Jones for the year.
I on the other hand am in the familiar spot of having the most points scored against. |

2 Mins Callous Dowboys put Terrance Williams WR DAL on the trading block.
(Looking for RB, WR, TE Same as Shorts, rookie keeper eligible) 4 Mins Callous Dowboys put Cecil Shorts WR JAC on the trading block. (Looking for RB, WR, TE Some depth at WR I'm willing to move in a 1 for 1 or part of another trade) 6 Mins Callous Dowboys put Calvin Johnson WR DET on the trading block. (Looking for RB, WR Can't keep him next year, would like to get some value for him) Injuries were not kind to me this week... |

The league this year has been really strange. It has been all about matchups. There is a huge difference between the PA for some teams.

Hey, I just noticed in the players listings in Post #2 that Morris is already shown as a (3), which is a player who can only be kept this year. But it's three years total (kept twice) is the rule, right? Morris is only a second year player, of course, so he can't have been kept twice yet.
Or is that post simply updated from after we did our keepers, and those numbers reflect what they will be after this season? It is correct that Morris will be a (3) next year (if I keep him).

If you scroll to the bottom part of the post, I have a list with what every player's keeper designation will be after the season if they don't change teams. Morris will be a (3), so could be kept for the 2014 season and that would be his last year on your team. Just a note for affected individuals, those marked with (4) are not able to be traded in the offseason (or after the trading deadline this year) and will be in the pool of players for the 2014 draft. |

Lathum picked up Nick Foles.
Would be humorous to me if an Eagle saved Lathum's season.

Damn, Chief has running backs like nobody's business. I'm glad I caught him on a week with Charles and Gronk out, but replacing them are Alfred Morris and Heath Miller, so I am not gaining much of an advantage there.

Part of the reason I have a ton of backs is because I was able to pick up Jennings and Ivory in waivers this week. Go figure. I really need the win this week. This team has been very inconsistent.

The trade deadline ends today. I meant to post when we were a week away from deadline but didnt realize it wa already ending. I would not be against a week extension for those clubs wanting to get in a last minute trade as a result, but will go with the majority if most are not in favor.

Thank you, Josh McCown. His 54 points tonight gave my team a come from behind victory. I thought for sure I was toast after starting Ladarius Green over Jordan Cameron. McCown bailed me out.

Thanks! I think Danny smoked me in the regular season, so I am looking forward to (hopefully) revenge in the finals. Good luck, Danny!

I feel like I forgot to set my lineup for week 14. Tough fail by me, but congrats to Chief coming out of the 6 seed to reach the final.
I think our second season was a huge improvement over last year. Next year we'll have to finish the job.

There's something freaky going on with the site and I have no idea if my lineup is set. I try setting it and it doesn't show it and the next time I load my roster screen it shows my players I added with one too many RB / WR in lineup and it wont let me adjust. The next time I load my roster screen it shows the players I dropped still on my team and last weeks lineup and still wont let me update it. My lineup should be
QB Romo RB D Murray Rb / WR DeAngelo Williams WR Antonio Brown WR Larry Fitzgerald WR Greg Jennings TE Delanie Walker K Blair Walsh D Carolina |

I tried setting the roster using Commish mode and I got the same error. I'll contact Fleaflicker about it, but will consider your post to be your official lineup for today. If you want to adjust it prior to game kickoffs, just post in this thread.

Congrats on the win Chief, great first year in the league considering you didn't get much performance from Gronk this season (and good season for Danny too considering all the injuries with Foster / Murray / DMC). A very competitive season for the league, no team managed fewer than 6 losses this season.
I'll throw together some end of the season stuff over the next few days. |

Thanks JAG! Really, having Charles get hot at the right time was probably the main reason I won. While I think my team was better than its record, fact is, I was the 6th seed, last team in, for the playoffs. I had to win my last three or three of my last four (forget which) to even have a chance to get in. So there was more than a little luck. Between Kaepernick and Gronk, I got plenty of gray hairs from running this team this year, and really had to get lucky with some pickups (Jennings, Allen, Palmer/Flacco) and faith that Bell would end up a player. I was fortunate it ended up working out when it did, because this is an eminently beatable team. Thanks for a great season, everyone, and I look forward to playing next year!
