As far as "how is it possible," you gotta remember that teenage dudes really don't need much in the way of inspiration to sprout wood. The old joke about it "having a mind of its own" is much more true for a teenage boy than for a male of almost any other age. That's biological imperative more than anything else.

Then you also have the question of what constitutes rape, statutorily or otherwise, between an adult woman and a teenage boy? Is she going to be able to force a healthy teenage boy who doesn't wanna get a leg over to do that? No, probably not. Can she divest him of his pants and go to town, as this woman did? Yeah, and probably without much trouble.

It might be a combination of the teenage capacity for borrowing trouble combining with fear of consequences. If you're a teenage dude, it probably doesn't take much for you to convince yourself that if you push away the woman who suddenly started blowing you, she might bite you and then claim you tried to force yourself on her. Doesn't matter whether she would actually do that or not. You're 17, you're not entirely rational, you let her finish and then remove yourself from the scenario because you fear that the consequences of "doing something" might be worse than the consequences of just letting her get it the hell over with.

And it assumes a very specific definition of rape. Not all coercive sexual activity requires penis-in-orifice or, for that matter, the involvement of the penis at all.

Perhaps therein lies the rub.. These women have problems for whatever reason tracking down and successfully arousing men of appropriate age, and therefore turn their sights on younger boys who have the unfortunate affliction known as a youthful male libido.
