FOFC Sprint Cup Series - Truck Series - Season 3 - Race #3 Myrtle Beach Posted

Welcome to Season 3 of the FOFC Camping World Truck Series. If you would like to sign-up, head on over to our sign-up thread. FOFC Racing Sign-ups

The Truck Series is where the future stars of the FOFC Racing Series will get their start. Drivers that finish in Top 5 of the truck series point standings will get the opportunity to move up to the Sprint Cup Series if a spot is available. If the driver who finishes in the top 5's owner already has two drivers in the Cup Series, they will have the option to replace one of their Sprint Cup drivers with their Truck Series driver. Owners in the top 5 with no Cup drivers will get the first chance at moving up. Owners who already have one driver will have the opportunity to move up after owners with no drivers have taken their positions. Finishing in the top 5 does not guarantee a promotion, if the Cup drivers who finish in the bottom 5 only have 1 driver they will be demoted currently.

The Truck Series will not have playoffs like the Sprint Cup Series does. We will have 10 races in the Truck Series with the leader at the end of 10 races being crowned champion.

Make sure to also follow the Sprint Cup Series where the top drivers in the FOFC Racing Series race.

If you would like to enter into the Truck Series, head on over to the sign-up thread. Current Sprint Cup drivers can also have Truck Series drivers.

For some reason I thought it was Team Letto when it should be Letto Motorsports, can you fix that for me please, when you have the time?

Foley Racing adds another driver as current truck driver Andrew's younger brother Elliott joins the fray.

We're heading to the finish line. Max Gresham leads heading into turn 4 of the final lap.

Foley jumps to the inside as Gresham moves up the track as we head down the front straight.

Finishes don't get much closer than that.

Race #1 - Daytona

What a photo finish we had today. Andrew Foley makes the final pass down the front straightaway to win by 0.003 seconds over Max Gresham. What a great way to start the season.

Nice! Now let's hope its not like last year with a good start at Daytona and nothing else down the stretch

Elliott qualified well too, but stumbled to the middle of the pack - hope he can pick things up as well!

Very good race for the Dukes at Daytona, a track that we are historically, not good at.

Race #2 - Texas

Do we have a new dominant team in the FOFC Truck Series? One week after Andrew Foley took the victory in the season opening race at Daytona, his younger brother Elliott led the final 32 laps at Texas today to win after starting dead last in the field. Andrew came home in 5th. Amanda Letto led the most laps on the day with 109 before fading to an 11th place finish.

Wow, talk about a finish. Elliott took his time and slowly made his way to the front and then wouldn't give it up. Very good to see! Certainly cannot complain about another top 5 for Andrew as well. Foley Racing off to a good start!

Race #3 - Myrtle Beach 200

This race belonged to Chris Kizer. Kizer led 150 of the race's 200 laps en route to a 4.69 second win over Jack Topper. Coy Duke came home 3rd followed by Billy Bushinhimer and Kellen Killinger. Max Gresham was the only other driver to lead significant laps with 48 and finished 6th.
