Short answer: don't worry about the alchemist quests, eventually through normal play you'll come across what you need to complete them. Tangent: in case you're not aware, you can run dungeons even if they don't show up on your quest log (in fact, I would highly recommend you do ones like the ruined dungeon and halfling fortress if you haven't already rather than what you listed). Every new character of mine runs through all the starter level dungeons before anything else to get to L11-13 with some artifacts. Also, when you get to level 24 you'll have a choice to make at some point (you'll probably realize what I'm talking about when it happens). It's very dangerous to choose to accept (as in, more difficult than Tempest, though I've lost more characters there admittedly) and the reward is not that great, so it might be wise to skip if you're playing in roguelike mode. Good luck. A new version of the game with a lot of changes is coming out by the end of the month, with a lot of changes to paradox mage, which was one of my favorite classes to play, so I will probably jump back into this at some point.

Welp. Killed in level 5 of Dreadfell. That's enough Stone Wardens for now, going to mess around with a mage for awhile for a change of pace.

Good luck, I never got the hang of mages. Always blew myself up with my own spells.

If you like Roguelikes, Abe is basically running one (with a couple modifications) in the WW forum (not resembling a traditional WW game despite that):
The Dungeon #3 - Cuisinart of Competition - Begins. Ish. - Front Office Football Central I played in the two others he ran and they were great. |

I'm amazed and happy that ADOM's been around and active for so long. I haven't gotten back into it, since graphics were added, but I have friends who still actively play.
