Stadium Help
I was looking through the Franchise Value and noticed teams like Houston, Tampa Bay and Cincy, all of whom have had new stadiums built just recently, all rank in the Poor category for stadiums. It's the 2005 season so they are still just about brand new. Any ideas on why this is?
