Mount Rushmore: Cover-Worthy Songs

So for this Mount Rushmore, the topic is cover-worthy songs, by which I mean the song is of such quality that multiple excellent covers have been done of that song - not just the original and one or two great covers.

I figured this would be an interesting distinction from greatest song ever lists, which might be tied to one or two performers.

As for myself, still working on the other three, but Leonard Cohen "Hallelujah" is an automatic include.

Favorite three covers off the top of my head:
Pentatonix (what inspired this idea, actually)
Lucia Zogbi
Rufus Wainwright (Shrek OST version - John Cale was the movie version)

Hallelujah is a good choice, and you didn't even include Jeff Buckley's version.

I think I would have to consider Mad World (covered by Gary Jules and Adam Lambert), Knocking on Heaven's Door (GnR, Eric Clapton), Louie Louie (covered by everyone), Satisfaction (notably Devo, but others as well), Summertime Blues (Who, and I even heard a Rush cover once), Angel of the Morning (Juice Newton, and a sort-of cover by Shaggy), Come Together (Aerosmith and Godsmack), Tainted Love (Soft Cell and Marilyn Manson).

Twist and Shout was originally by Phil Medley and Bert Berns. Covers by The Isley Brothers, The Beatles, and The Who. Plus it's covered many times during live performances.

Thought of another one this morning I would include - Scarborough Fair, though that perhaps may be a matter of personal choice than actual Mount Rushmore quality. I've been up since 3 pm yesterday afternoon and it's almost noon here, so not quite thinking of precise covers jumping out at me, but I know there's a lot of covers of it I've really enjoyed.
