I love the Boys Are Back In Town, but 99 Luftballoons is so good.

yeah tough round. Thin Lizzy is so classic and love that band. Nena is kind of a throwaway to me now.

Dogs and Candy are both kitchy bubblegum pop songs. Bowwowwow at least is rocky

Cars is so beautiful a composition
I like rockwell's but it just can't compare.

THe last two songs I both dislike a lot. Rapper's delight is very boring
BLack VElvet is the most overwarbleded song by drunk chicks at karaoke night. Doesn't really matter but at least Velvet has a melody

Toughest one I've seen yet.

2 cases where "what I enjoy most" and "which is the bigger OHW" and "probably the better song" conflict.

Tough one for me.

The Boys are Back is really good, but it's going against an all-time OHW.

It is fitting that I Want Candy and Who Let the Dogs Out are tied b/c they are pretty much the same song.

I'm surprised that Cars isn't doing a little better.

And, unlike many, I really like Black Velvet, but it is hard to vote against a song that pretty much invented a genre of music.

Tough match-up for Thin Lizzy and one of my all time favorite songs, which I thought was terribly underrated. Thought it would be giving a better showing.

I want Candy is catchy and I had a mad crush on the singer.

Cars was an easy choice, groundbreaking stuff

Both of the last two are equal in terms of my fandom, but Sugar Hill Gang was pioneering in terms of bringing rap mainstream.

Nena vs Lizzy - really thought Lizzy might have a shot to win this pair...certainly didn't see the blow out coming.

Baha Men vs Bow Wow Wow - Bow Wow Wow beat Who Let the Dogs Out...I can't make this stuff up....anyway - no surprise here...except maybe the Baha Men got 12 votes...

Numan vs Rockwell - this one was back and forth with Rockwell leading late, but a bunch of late votes all came in on Cars' side...

Sugarhill Gang vs Myles - Miles was closer for a while than I expected, but ultimately it finished about how I expected...
