So besides the excellent CJBL, there is another basketball website out there.
DriveTheLane.com This used to be simulated sports back in the day. That went away for a bit of time. But now it is back! There are currently 4 leagues. L31 L34 L37 L42 Each league has 256 teams in it. representing top cities in America. For example I have team in each league. They are ... in L31 I am in conference 16 as the St. Louis Iron Deacs in L34 I am in conference 8 as the MAcon Iron Deacs in L 37 I am in conference 11 as the Birmingham Iron Deacs finally in L 42 I am in conference 20 as the Toledo Iron Deacs. ach conference has 8 teams in it set up with a north and a south. Each season you lose 3 players and gain 3 players from recruiting.

Man I had forgotten about this-used to play it back in the day. But one college basketball sim is enough for me these days.
