iPhone help
One of my three daughters is having issues with restrictions preventing her from downloading apps. All of her content restrictions are turned off and from what I can tell the settings are the same as my other daughters phones that have no issues. I think it could be something with her iCloud account, but I’m stumped. Normally I’d just go to the apple store but can’t now. Any thoughts? All of my googling says it is because of the restrictions.

My guess is it’s some restriction on Family Sharing in settings/passwords and accounts/iCloud. Check you or your wife’s phones. Prob restricted something like in app purchases forever ago.
