ftp problems

I created a multiplayer league and am attempting to "export game files".
I've also tried to "set ftp directory structure".

Have received various ftp errors, usually
Connection failed. The FTP session was terminated.

The "saved" ftp information keeps resetting the port to 21 (it needs to be 22).

FileZilla and browser ftp:// both show nothing in the folder, so the upload isn't happening.

I also tried running the program (Front Office Football 8, version 83 Feb 2020) as administrator on Windows 10; purchased on Steam.

I've searched this forum and others.
