This is the second thing recently involving a bus. The infamous convention center sinkhole only had 1 person and a driver on it thankfully. This looks to have had 3 people and a driver on it.

An staged event in order to rouse support for some sort of public opinion.
As in...Newtown School shootings were a false flag to drive the national conversation about gun control as a premise to take away your guns. and 9/11 was a false flag to scare Americans into giving up their rights to privacy and raise support for the President so he could go to war with Iraq.
