I have another Excel question that I was hoping to get some help with.

I have a column of rankings and titles, so something like this:

Column 1 (titles) Column 2 (ranked)
Development Completion % 1
Additional Tickets Completed 5
Etc.

These are not TOTALS but instead rankings when compared to other team members.

I am trying to put this information in a bar graph in which the highest rankings (1st) would be at the top. This makes sense and I can get it accomplished by using SMALL, but the issue I'm having is I am not sure how to have those title columns also "link up" to the bar graph. How it is now is that while the rankings will get ordered in the chart, the titles do not move, thus they do not match up.

After that the next issue I have is that I would actually like for the 1 ranking to have a LARGER bar than the 15th ranking, etc.
