Immaculate Grid - daily baseball game for nerds
Immaculate Grid
There's a 3x3 grid, you select a player for each cell that matches the criteria for that cell's row and column. A player must've played at least one game for that team at the MLB level or if a cell is for a team and an award or stat, the player you select must have won that award or achieved that stat while on that team. A player cannot be used twice. You have 9 guesses to fill out the grid. Each guess, whether correct or incorrect, counts as a guess. You can guess active or inactive MLB players. Scores are based on the rarity of choice. For example, today for Cubs and Mariners I chose Carlos Silva who was named by only 0.7% of respondents. These percentages are added up, the lower score the better, empty cells are 100 pts. I've never gotten it perfect but I've gotten a few 8s. |

7/6 was pretty easy. Got a 147 score with a perfect 9/9. I typically get 7 or 8 but I have some major AL West blind spots.
