Freud who I first read about in Mad Magazine as a kid entitled “Freud is a Fraud by Freed” would say the original question is easily answered. You equate Billy Joel with a negative sexual thought or experience and this has subconsciously manifested into a trigger in your daily life. As someone who grew up "good" I kind of always despised "Only the Good Die Young" along that line of thought. (Seriously.)
