This jury was not sequestered, right?
If not, I can't help but wonder whether the assassination on the streets of NYC might have impacted their thinking about bystander involvement. Or maybe they saw through the machinations by the prosecution and the judge last week. Or maybe they just wanted to go home (always a possibility with any jury).
