I've run three careers at the horror level - a speedy 2B who never got out of AA, a slugging C who spent a month in the majors and hit about .100 and had a rookie card that was worth all of 7 cents, and a singles hitting 1B who advanced nicely until he got caught in a logjam, released and had to retire at age 24.

I'm running one at the hard level, a SS with a good eye and modest other skills. You can read about it on the OOTP boards.
