QB Jessie Powell of USC

Powell is currently 33/75, at least according to my scouts.

QB 6'0, 210 lbs, 68 Volatility, 46 solecismic test(very high), 4.79 40 time, unadjusted burea ranking of 6.4

As the first pick, Powell was a bit of a reach(the fifth best talent on the board), but the Ravens probably needed a QB, and he's basically better than anything else they could have thrown out there this year at the position.

Though there is this monster DE, who will be unstoppable.
