I think you can download the latest patch straight from solecismic.com, which is the entire game.

Or go to the reference thread at the top. In case y'all haven't noticed, the first big blue "FRONT OFFICE FOOTBALL 2004" at the top of the page is a direct link to download the file. It has been that way for at least a couple of months. Sorry I didn't mention it.
