Hate it for them, but they didn't help the FOF series much. Horrid interface.

Am I the only one who liked the FOF2001 interface?

I just remember everyone drooling over the screenshots before the game was released...

Are you people on crack?

Yeah, there was some initial drooling over the screenshots, but that all came to an end before the game was released -- when it was pretty much assumed that the screenshots were the reason the game was delayed.

Then you add the scrolling bars? Gah!

If you have a scroll mouse you probably won't even notice the scroll bars.

Does this mean we're not going to get a patch for FOF 2002?

I didn't mind the FOF2k1 interface (it was the same interface....just prettier). But then the scroll bars didn't work...plus I had a VooDoo graphics card at the time...

They deserved a hot poker in the ass.

I think the link above demonstrates the best interface they've ever done.

I do too (and much better than FOF4+). However, those 1-pixel scrollbars were bad, bad, bad.
