Not that I think Dennis Erickson is a great coach, but I don't think Vince Lombardi could have gotten more than 3-4 wins out of that sad sack bunch of players.

I think the 49ers are an excellent candidate for a real life Empty Cupboard dynasty. Especially since they have the #1 pick next year.
