Clemens' '97, by PRAA standards, is the best season I've found in recent years. 66 PRAA, 2 greater than Pedro. It's just that the surrounding seasons weren't as good. His best 4 year period would be '89-'92 with a total of 168 PRAA.

Clemens had one really superior year, then a bunch of good years, with a scattered few better than average years.
