Question Editing the Cities File in FOF4

Does anyone know if there is a way to go into the cities file in FOF and change or add cities? As a Canadian I would like to add some cities.

I was also wondering if anyone had tried to play with the default settings for the teams at the start of the game. I would like to try and relive the USFL or a North American League or something like that.

Thanks

I forget the exact command, but it is under something like "edit global options." Before my computer fried, I changed the names of cites in order to make a World Football League.

You may want to change to cities with similar weather patterns. Also, you cannot move a team to a city and then change it. If you want the Buccaneers to be in Vancouver, you cannot move them to Yakima and then change Yakima to Vancouver. You will have to change Tampa to Vancouver and weather be darned.

Hope that makes sense.
