I really hope Shorty was joking, because Paperboy has to be one of the top 5 most recognizable NES games. |

Dang.
It wasn't the game I was thinking of (I thought it was an arcade game that I've played in Dave & Buster's). Good stumper there, MJ! /tk

KNEW IT.
Knew the damn game. Vividly remember reading about it in PC Gamer way back in the day. Remembered staring at the screenshots. Knew the damn type of game. Couldn't remember the fucking name of it to save my soul. |

I played the crap out of XOR football. Tried to get it to work on my comp, but alas to no avail. The Niners were unstoppable with Craig, Rathman, Rice, Taylor... |

is that King's Quest?
Sure looks like it. I was an addict of the entire Quest series from Sierra. (Police Quest, Space Quest, King's Quest, Liesure Suit Larry) |

Ayup. That one in particular is KQ2. The first of the King's Quests I finished.
Which, on a slight tangent...anyone else played the remake of KQ2? It's INCREDIBLE. The folks who did it did such an incredible job, and modified the story/quests so that it's almost an entirely new game. |

Just got back to this thread- ct, si, I was sarcastic both in response and to the original post of Paperboy.. of course I was expecting people to guess it, so I could blame someone on cheating. I have an odd sense of humor |

Yeah it dropped off the first bunch of pages so I assumed it was over and made room for something else on my webspace. The game was "I Have No Mouth and Must Scream."

Ooooooo! This would be fun, but with .wav files! (Original Nintendo games in particular come to mind. I have the Little League Baseball music in my head right now for some odd reason...) Too bad I'm not more motivated or I'd start it up.
