Alright networking guys....I need help
I have exhausted what knowledge I have of the situation, and you know it is probably something simple.
I walked into a hodgepodge mess of a network here. It's not on a domain, all workgroup based. I have 1 computer that is able to ping the machines on the workgroup, but cannot browse the workgroup through network places AND it can not connect to any of the machines. I cannot hit it UNC \\servername but I can \\ipaddress I have flushed DNS, renewed it, assigned static IP, and nothing is working.... Can anyone provide tips, or help me figure it out.

Did you double check to make sure its still part of the same "WORKGROUP" name as the rest of the boxes? what about gateway?

Yeah I verified the same workgroup, even made sure by adding it to it again....
BUT I found a fix, I had to go in and reset the TCP/IP Stack.....
