Beautiful. I'm glad it was upheld.

Good. Very good.
I hope this is the last we hear of T.O. this year. How long has this been going on for? Since May? June? I am sick of him. I am sick of the Eagles.

touche.. Its a dumb decision, because if Philly wants to make him inactive, he ought to have every right to access their facilities and what not. |

Why? That makes no sense whatsoever. He has the rights to the money and other benefits his contract provides him. Nothing else.

His contract is with the team and services he provides them - in return, they provide him with cash and access to training, medical care, and what not. The team's suspension of him is fine, but the rest of it - I'm not sure how that's justifiable. I guess the Eagles must have really made a convincing arguement that TO violated some clause in the contract . |

What facilities exactly does he need if he is to play no games? He's going to hang out at Eagle headquarters? Training? You think he'd prefer to train with the team? Medical care? You think he trusts and respects that staff? The only thing he cared about was cash and/or his release. The rest is meaningless.
