The first thing that came to my mind was that scene from that Hugh Grant/Tom Arnold movie where Tom Arnold beats up the toy store mascot. Only redeeming moment of Tom Arnold's life.

I thought hooking up with Rosanne for fame and fortune took a lot of personal courage.

IMHO, he was the highlight of True Lies.

Not true. There was also his all-time classic comeback when he found out that Roseanne had told a magazine that he had a small willy:
"Even a 747 looks small when it lands in the Grand Canyon".

I just don't like the guy and that one scene in that movie was the only time I enjoyed anything he's ever done.

Although since I have DirecTV's NHL, NFL and MLB packages, the accummulation of Best Damn Sports Show commercials is going to wipe my memory of that one enjoyable scene...

I was at an IU game in '89. They were playing the Toledo Rockets at Bloomington. The game was a rout as I recall. Anthony Thompson was running wild.

As the action was in one end zone, the Rocket's mascot, a guy dressed in up as a rocket, was dancing around in the other end zone. Two guys ran out of the student section, one went high, the other low, and the Rocket was grounded. A few laughable shots at him on the ground, and the two kids lept the fence & ran away. It was actually rather funny to see, if only because there was no real damage done...and to see the 10ft tall mascot get launched to the ground

I think we should have a competition to determine who else can use the term "bunny batterer" in a sentence.
