Catching up. Here's the thing -- the Galore role is made to toss a ton of fear, confusion and doubt into the proceedings -- it's a role that's made to be lynched because it protects the bad guys. I not only find it totally believable that DT/Blade are bad (Galore/Goldfinger/Oddjob), I think it's the only logical leap based on what they've said to date. Now, making sure we get Goldfinger/Oddjob and not Galore is the trick. You know my opinion.

If you believe Blade to be Galore, then why on earth would you vote for Fouts like he wants you to? As for insight, I am just shaking my head. I am double Fouts' number, that's all. One thing that is imperative right now: IF DADDY IS NOT 007, THEN 007 MUST REVEAL TODAY OR WE WILL LOSE THIS FRIGGIN' GAME. I'm still having a hard time believing he is good, but in the absence of anyone else coming out I may have to. Really bad scanning though if that's the case, no offense DT.

Fouts, I'm surprised at your vote. I thought you had a better read on the situation than that.
If you are bad, then I have been played and hat's off to you. But I am taking the stand you are good. I am also taking the stand that Blade is bad. I believe there are massive holes in DT's reveal, but in the absence of a credible 007 coming out I will have to reconsider. So what I have then is: Good: Fouts path Bad: Blade Lean bad: DT That leaves Chief and LSG. One good, one bad -- or in the event that DT really is 007, then we have Goldfinger and Oddjob right there. I agree that Blade is Galore and I place no credence in anything he says right now. Good tight game, Alan.

I have such problems with the Barkeep view night 2. It makes absolutely no sense. I get Barkeep night 1.
But nobody else is coming out. Crap. All I'll say is that the game is over if you vote me, and I don't expect to see anyone defend me because of that. So going by my list above then, I've got a free shot at the two I'm narrowed down to: UNVOTE DADDYTORGO VOTE CHIEF RUM

path...I freely admit my choice of who to scan was bad. hell its my first game as seer you know imma screw it up. I figured barkeep would be a night one kill though which is why I didn't scan him. and then on night two I admit I got played thinking he was still alive meant he was bad.
anyways. off to work in a bit. won't be home till after lynch. may check in on my dinner break to see if someone slips up |

Well, I can't see where you called him galore yesterday. A couple things bother me about you. You and blade swapped throwaway votes on day 1 (obvious bad guy manuever). Also, you have been very absent this game. I know you said you were having power problems, etc., but it is what it is. |

My bad, I called him Galore last night, not yesterday. I did have a post yesterday where I asked about the possibility of Blade being Galore but didn't come out and say it. I've been assuming it for longer than I said it.

*shrug* It's a game. I was absent early with a power outage but I was pretty around yesterday, just not at the same time as you. It's not the end of the world if I get lynched, it's just a loss. Not a big fan of losing, though.

I dont know.... something about Path doesn't ring true with me.
Also, When I was a seer for my first time I had played in 4 games and knew who to scan. Scanning Barkeep doesn't seem like a smart play for a seer, even if it is DT's first time. I keep going back and forward and I know this vote means a lot today, so i dont want to make a decision this early. |

I dont like the fact that Blade came out as 007 then switched to pussy galore. But blade has been known to play weird. I dont think I buy it, but then who else could the seer be? Nobody else has stood up!

Everyone has seen DT's disclosure of being 007, and nobody else (besides blade) has claimed to be 007.
DT's protection of blade could only have come 2 ways yesterday (to me). Either DT is ms. galore and knows blade is bad, or DT is 007 and scanned blade (as ms. galore) and saw him as good. So if you buy blade as ms. galore, you have to buy DT as 007. |

Oh, and FWIW, I know blade is full of it because he called me goldfinger. So, he is obviously working for the bad team. He also stated that he knew for a fact that I wasn't 007 before the night action, and stated that barkeep was 007. The bad guys took blade's statements for action.

yeah the barkeep scan was a mistake. not my finest hour I admit. especially in hindsight when I reveal that my other choices would have been path or lsg.
I have 10 mins till I have to go till after lynch. I just keep rereading dubb's post reath and wondering if we are making the right decision...especially with cr and lsg both on path now too. blahhhh |

DT, I'm out now also until after lynch. I will say this one more time -- if you are 007 (and I now have no reason to believe you're not), you need to switch -- because if you and Fouts are good, and Blade is Galore, then LSG and CR are the baddies. Guaranteed.
OK, I'm out. God, this game can be frustrating.

British Intelligence breaks protocol today and calls all agents back to headquarters to discuss this case. In the room agent after agent files in, seeing some of your fellow agents for the first time ever.
First enters DaddyTorgo, with a hot girl (that looks a little like Blade) on his arm. Following a bit later comes in Fouts who sits down at the table. Just the three of you sit in the room for nearly 45 minutes impatiently before Chief Rum enters the circular room, closing the door behind him. With no signs of Path or Lonestargirl, Chief Rum calls Blade up and whispers something in his ear, to which Blade nods and quickly leaves the room. Chief then looks to Fouts and DaddyTorgo to say,"I fear Path has been arrested under suspicion of being... well me." Before Fouts or DaddyTorgo can even say anything, Chief continues,"And while we are here meeting, my boss Auric Goldfinger is busy destroying the world's financial system. At any moment Fort Knox will be penitrated and billions will be lost. Without saying much more, Chief takes a step back and quickly closes the door which locks immediately. Some odorlous gas fills the room and that is the last thing DaddyTorgo and Fouts remember. Game Over - Auric Goldfinger and his henchmen win Full roles: 1. 001 - Dubb 2. 002 - Fouts 3. Ms. Galore - Blade 4. 004 - Path 5. Oddjob - Chief Rum 6. 006 - Dodgerchick 7. James Bond - DaddyTorgo 8. Auric Goldfinger - Lonestargirl 9. 009 - Lathum (Bodyguard) 10. 000 - Barkeep I hope everyone enjoyed the game. I enjoyed watching it. Im interested in comments on game balance. I think that the advantage on the last day was to the bad guys and while i wasnt sure if Fouts and DT would listen to Path in time, the clock was definitly against them. I guess my main question is if the bodyguard or seer had actually hit on anyone, would this game have been much different? It felt to me that the good guy roles weren't even here due to bad luck, bad chance and bad circumstances this game. |

If DT had swapped one minute earlier it would have been a fatal blow to evil. Many things happened(like Lathum's death, DT scanning me(scans good) and barkeep(dead), and the choice of path out of the 3(when the other 2 were both evil). But i think the turning point was DT being 1 minute late with his swap on CR
Good game everyone!

The 9:01 vote change was an absolute killer.
I think it is always tough when the most vocal players are all good - it is just (especially in a shorter game) to gun for the people who don't give as much surface area in their posts to attack. |

Almost impossible to pick from path, lsg and Chief Rum. None of them really contributed anything to pick from.
I think I had blade and CR nailed on day 2 though (with some luck and believing in dubb), but didn't have the cooperation needed to get them. 2.5 bad guys out of 10 is pretty tough on those of us that don't know anything. |

This game was much closer at the end than it needed to be. Had I put some thought into it, LSG and I would have jumped on Blade's Fouts bandwagon as soon as the night kill happened last night. Of course, I was at work, and I think LSG was in bed, so we couldn't have all jumped in right away. In fact, that might have saved us, because if I jumped in with Blade last night, but LSG didn't see the thread until the morning, it is likely Fouts/DT/path would have all had votes on me before she did--and earning the tiebreaker.
You all would have enjoyed being a little vidcam into my brain in the last hour of work. LSG sent me a vote update which had path leading. It was while reading that that I realized I wasn't too certain about what happens with a tie. I thought it might be that the first to reach the total vote was the tiebreaker (Alan posted his clarification this morning after I left for work, but I had the gist right). That's about the time I realized we had to get votes in before the others and switch to Blade's Fouts vote. I sent an email to LSG telling ehr the situation and rushed home myself--and got hit by a TON of traffic. I actually went to a Kinko's to check in and potentially switch my vote. Fortunately, Blade already took the initiative that I hoped he would--he switched his vote to path. That pretty much wins it for us. Blade is the MVP. BTW, Lathum chose to guard Blade on Night One. That surprised me--I was expecting Barkeep, which is why we didn't target Barkeep that night. The only reason we targeted Lathum was because we wanted to be certain to not get Pussy Galore. We felt certain DC and Lathum weren't PG, and DC was lynched, so we went with Lathum. Lucky move for us (and lucky he didn't protect himself). I wasn't certain Blade was PG until he fake revealed last night, but I suspected since he continued to push the "BK is 007" angle out loud and in the open.
