Well, with Neon turning to stone, that most likely means that Medusa the monster is in the game somewhere. It also likely means that Neon is good, although I guess a good diversion would be to stone a wolf (assuming they don't die) and then have them released later to our good graces.

I theorize that neon saw medusa (assuming medusa is in the game, I don't recall the full list of characters and all, but she'd be a likely monster I suppose).
psyched we uncovered a titan on day 1...nice call on path there (and toot my own horn...i threw 4pts at him) |

More importantly, what about Hoops' late shift to Neon since Cronus was on the line? I admit that I had three points on Neon myself, so I made the same mistake, but I had been on him from past #100 something, not a late switch (possible save attempt?). I would look at those of us that were on Neon then and particularly the late switchers or someone like me who put multiple points on him. |

So the big question is: Why am I alive and path is dead? Clearly I threw 5 points at path. But that ought not to have been enough. DT is now claiming to have thrown some, which surprises me since he'd given no indication all day he was open to the idea. Were the Titans so arrogant as to assume that the vote count would be accurate? Or were the Titans not around? Seems to me like a line of discussion.

Yup, I feel about as sheepish as that time I kept build a case vs Blade after coming back only to discover partway through that he had been day killed.

Well, one for one ain't bad. Too bad we don't know if Neon can be cured/healed/turned back into his Fillippino self or what the hell is going on with hoops.

So BK are you thinking that a wolf may have left an early vote on Cronus thinking it would be safe and could be used later to gain trust? Or are you thinking they just screwed up by not making a late push? Do we know who wasn't around at deadline? |

gimme a break... I think I made it clear as a Titan I would cut another Titan lose day one. or maybe that was all just a front, I knew there would be a late run on Path |

I threw points at path at the last minute because it did seem odd that he hadn't been around all day, and tbh I wanted to try to counteract some of what I perceived would be titans building up votes elsewhere on bK+NC. Figured that if it was close, the titans would be happy to have either of them killed which indicates they both are likely good, so I went maximum-effort on the #3 guy

Yes you would cut a Titan lose Day 1. But you weren't forced ot this game. You were on me early. And then it became easy to defend path. Just because you would, if the circumstances were right, doesn't mean you always would.

I see two answers: 1. They were complacent. The numbers looked good, so they risked it. 2. The Titans weren't around at deadline. |

For the record I have a circle of distrust and it has Lathum and Anxiety in it. Anxiety perfectly meets the criterion of case number 2 from post 484 and there is the whole business of the reveal that hoops, apparent villager, poked holes in earlier.

Your early voting pattern was suspicious. But mostly that you are really wrong about me, you were apparently wrong about my analysis of 5 AP voting being a good thing and getting us a wolf on d1, and you were wrong, VOCALLY so, about path. That's a lot of being wrong.

FWIW I was pretty much in sync with Lathum's analysis on day 1 all the way. I don't necessarily trust him, but I have no reason to distrust him. I don't think I'll be voting for him today.

bah what " pattern", I voted on you and left it there. I still think the using 5AP points is wrong, we just got lucky. As for defending Path, what can I say, I was wrong |

Great job guys! I thought about switching my vote to Barkeep for awhile, but now I'm glad I didn't because you never know, that could have made a difference. Render has got to be a good guy since he's the one who started the charge against Path. I can forgive you for initially voting for me now. Anyways, I'm off to bed.

You jumped on my vote on hoops quickly. Which put him WAY out on the lead at the time. Then you unvoted and went to me. It was more the quick jump onto hoops that I found suspicious.

You were but I like your idea of how wolves are better caught in the long run by my not doing the 5 AP bit. I didn't hear that coming from Lathum.
