I liked SnDvls logic for voting for ntn and so I'll place my vote there for the time being. However, I will move it later on if it could protect Blade, pending future information of course.

Heh. If it was more concrete that the hacker was a bad guy that might be good enough for a D1 vote.

Was there any explanation from LSG or Blade for what their relationship was supposed to be? I thought Blade claimed that LSG could clear him, and then she voted for him. How does that make any sense?

We have no relationship, other then both claimed we could prove our innocence if need be. I presented my case, take it for what you will, and DT confirmed my story, but did not really clear me.

Lsg said she could be cleared, and has done nothing else. Her vote for me is in response to the marvel game, when i betrayed her

Blade never claimed LSG could clear him IIRC, he claimed that someone could and then so did LSG but never came through with a reason or person who could do that.

Like I said earlier, LSG has it out for Blade which is why I believe her vote went there.

How did I duck anything? I am a full time teacher getting my masters degree, sorry I dont have 12 hours to devote to playing this game. When I get home and finish making dinner I get online (5ish central) So I didn't duck anything, I just haven't been online. And why do you keep using everybody's full name? That is weird

Are you kidding? I have it out for blade? You did the same thing to me in the Marvel game, and you kicked me off the survivor game, both you and NTN. So I should have it out for you two then right? I told him after he betrayed me I would vote for him day one. And I stick to my word. I did. And I probably won't from now on unless he keeps pissing me off.

I never know who to vote for on day 1. Too little information. The only thing I've got to go on was BK statements. I am not convinced it means anything however, therefore this vote is subject to change however.

Okay, I went back and read the threads of those who have already gotten a vote - because I don;t want to waste a vote. Of those who already have votes, ntndeacon strikes me as trying to post and yet remain UTR. HEre are his posts:

A retalitory vote on Tyrith; a safe vote for a wolf because no one will question it later

A rules clarification

A comment about a previous game

Wondering if there are masons

This is precisely the strategy I often use as wolf. Ask some questions about what's going on, help out every now and then with a rules clarification, try to get a vote out there that no one will question later, talk about other games or the people playing - this is very evasive while also appearing to be helpful. Normally, I'd be leery of a pile-on vote this early, but at this stage, I think if anyone smells wolf, its him.

Vote ntndeacon

Did the Nintendo Wii come to the Big City?

No, the Wii has not yet been released here in the Big City. That long line of people you saw today was the line of people at the town's pawn shop ready to lay down money on a brand new knife. When we talked to one of the frustrated customers, he had this to say, "A store advertises a deal, you would think they should have more than 1 knife to sell!!" I suppose we will see if the pawn shop keeps some of these customers in the future.

Can't we websurf porn in peace?

Today's big crimestory is the apparent break in and a particular homeowner's cry for protection. No, it wasn't a case of anyone busting down their door and entering, this type of crime was far more hi-tech. "They're after me.. they're after you too... "

The Herald crime beat reporters were able to come up with some information on the crime:

Quote:
I would like to report this crime.
Date: 2/27
Time: 5:15PM CST
Details: A perpetrator has violated the sanctity of my computer - please arrest and execute the guilty party! We need to clean up this town!

(Any available Police detectives may submit an action to investigate this crime if they so choose by sending me a PM)

It was my house that was invaded. I would encourage any detectives in the city to take action.

It isn't paranoia if they really are out to get you.

Although I am pretty aware of computer security, and cautious enough to check my error logs for intruders, it appears that I overlooked installing a firewall, thus inviting someone to sift through all of my files. Desktop encryption? Not so much, as in none. So whatever information is on there - I don't know what is there and I wouldn't share that information publicly if I did - is no available to whoever hacked my system.

I wish I had more than one vote today - I think a shotgun approach would work well. Mainly because I'm AE-level suspicious of everyone in the room (figuratively).

The crime was that of a computer being hacked, not a house invaded....so either your not the same crime, or something...but the report and what you just said dont really match

Blade6119, you can see the details of the account in Post #483. Also, I'm positive it is me because the exact info I posted for the crime report is listed.

CST should be a pretty frigging big hint for someone who wants to play detective. And the word choices - perpetrator, sanctity, clean (*cough* Lathum *cough*) - are probably not in the vocabulary of a few of the less edumacated folks around these parts.

I was another voice against rushing in to electing a judge. I've come around to accept that we need one, but I'm still unsettled by how things have gone down thus far. I will be voting, but I don't know for whom. I don't want to vote for Anxiety, but it looks like I'll have to to ensure we get someone elected.

okay:

1) Blade...I don't dislike you. I took a game off, cleared my mind, and I'm fine. It's a game...no bad blood man. The reason it posted twice was because I was on my lil phone.
2) That's how I posted twice with my computer off, from my phone. Just checking in when I finished with my book and before dinner.

Best I can tell, only one person max - if they learned info about my role through hacking my system - would know how well I am (or am not) playing my role. Hmm, what are the chances you had two actions already? The one that DaddyTorgo confirmed and the one that I'm reporting to the police?

Or, what are the chances that you are communicating freely with the person who accessed my systems? The mind reels with possibilities here ...

In terms of the item you saw on ther person of DaddyTorgo, did you see anything that would indicate he had the ability to hack my systems? If so, I would think hard about re-casting my Judge vote.

I think I like Anxiety's thinking about ntn. He does tend to fly UTR for significant periods of time, and if his posts are as Anxiety says they are...that seems good enough for a quasi-random D1 vote for me.

I have one action, i used it on DT.

I communicate with everyone, quite freely and liberally.

Ive told you all i am going to tell you about my DT encounter.
