Consider it offered and rejected then.
As I'm plotting out the results, you might wonder to yourself what sport is played on which field. Just how evil is this game anyway? |

BrianD scores a hit. Nice work. It is worth noting that he targeted and hit a softball field, but we will count softball fields in this game as baseball fields. My attempts to scare BrianD were unsuccessful! $10,000 is added to the group pot. Who's next? |

Incidentally, the city of Des Monies, Iowa mourns the loss of one of their beautiful softball fields.

After your warning, I was worried that the lack of a grass infield would make this one questionable. I'm glad a softball field was good enough. When this is all over, you'll have to leat me know where the real baseball field was...just for fun.

The softball field and baseball field were touching each other. The baseball field is just off the screen to the north. In the shots where you were up higher, you can see both clearly. And to be clear, there are almost always multiple baseball fields within reach of the starting point for each of you. Some are more plentiful, some are more rare. But rare is a starting point with just one baseball field within reach. Last edited by MJ4H : 08-31-2008 at 04:57 PM. |

One time deal: would you like to sell any of your movement points for $1000 each? If you would like to let me know how many and I will add 1k per point to the group pot. Maximum of 5 can be sold.

sneaky host. Tempting, but I'll pass on the deal, not sure how many I'm gonna need to get exactly over that field.

There's an NFL stadium in that shot. Which one?

A quick recap of how Mission #5 (Codebreakers)
has gone so far. We started with Passacaglia, who chose to take just one clue for himself. He was given clue #6 (clues were randomly chosen). Next BrianD took 2 clues for himself, and he was given clues #1 and #2. Kingnebwsu decided on 2 clues as well, and wound up with clues #3 and #5. Thomkal took just one and was left with #4 to round out the first pass through all of the clues. Path12 took 2 clues #1 and #4, and samifan24 was left with just one clue, since the maximum number of clues to be given out was 9. Since we made it through all 6 players, the codebreaker for the mission will be Passacaglia. He will be given all of your answers and now he knows who submitted which answers. He gets to decide whom to trust. He will have at least one other important decision to make as well. In the meantime, an update on which clues still need answers. Kingnebwsu still needs to submit his answers for clues #3 and #5 in order for us to proceed. We will be continuing with Mission #6 while we wait on Mission #5 to conclude. |

whew. Now I need some input from my fellow contestants since discussion is allowed here right? 1/2 right seems like it might be just short, so I'm thinking 2/3 right. what do you guys think?

There are no fractional moves. Possible moves are N, S, E, W, target and drop bomb. Targeting is done with fractions, directional moves are either made or not made. I do allow stringing them together, so you could say North 2, which is the same as saying North North. However, North 3/4 is not valid.

Ok, how about south one please...then I'll have to see where the field is in order to target it.

Samifan, if you can target this properly in the minimum number of moves, you could sell 2 moves. If you want to keep one in reserve, selling one should be safe.
