The tablet said, prophetically, "You're going down!", even though I only put it on as a joke after the way Day 1 transpired. It seems ironic, to me, that it should prove to be correct, and yet I didn't vote for him.

Forgot to mention it earlier -- sorry Lathum.
If I had gotten back here earlier, I *might* have changed my vote. Probably not, but maybe

So Lathum really did have a mask? That really is bad luck if Fouts happened to view the guy with the mask. I guess that does offset our luck at getting the sorcerers out early.

Well, Ardent has claimed that he has a mask currently, dubb claims that he gave the mask to Ardent, and Ardent has claimed that he knows who owns the Anvil and has narrowed it down to three people. If they're all telling the truth, we started with two masks in the game, and Lathum passed the mask on to someone else last night. So even if Ardent gives the mask to the "Blacksmith," there's still at least one mask floating around out there.

I totally didn't believe there were two masks. My apologies, Lathum (that's what my hand salute meant).

sorry Lathum. I'll admit when I was wrong. I put too much faith in Fouts and was wrong. This now screws with my head on who to look at with too many questions going on.

So Ardent -- you're passing to Schmidty, Coffee Warlord or superman? Hrm...I believe that makes one of the four of you the likely target of the wolves this evening. Now if only we could figure out which one...

I feel badly for this as well, Lathum. But without any additional information I didn't think there was any other strong choice out there besides Fouts. Score one for the wolves.

Damn.
Totally confused. Possible conclusions: 1. There were two masks. 2. Fouts was lying. I'm leaning towards conclusion one. |

Here is a scenario - floating it out there to see if it people think this is plausible.
Fouts was a wolf and possessed the seer item. He did in fact view Lathum to determine if he was a sorcerer and saw he was a wolf. Since he knew that Lathum was not a wolf (they can PM each other) it provided an opportunity to position that he was duped by the mask when he knew EXACTLY what he was doing. I think this would be a high-risk play for the wolves given the numbers at this point in the game. But I also think this is within the realm of possibility. |

Well at least my death has made things interesting. I'm really bummed I got lynched so early since I am on vacation this week I was looking forward to delving deeply into the game. I got so fucking drunk last night that I didn't get online until 4:00 and by then it was to late.
I should just become a moderator since I always get whacked so early |

I guess that's true, but I didn't even realize there was a mask in the game until a somebody brought it up. Then they said they had the mask last night, so there went your alibi. Tricky game. I suppose I'll be lynched tomorrow. The wolves must be drooling right now. |

Just remember, I will pass on my mask to be destroyed by someone with the Hammer. That person voted for me on day 1. If it's not destroyed tomorrow, we know something is up.
Edit: added stuff.

Well, my plan was to vote for Lathum and then lynch Fouts if Lathum was innocent. So for the time being:
Vote Fouts I don't feel good about this one, though, and I may very well change my mind, particularly if new info arises after the night phase. |

Slow down man. We gotta wait for night actions before you can start lynch people. Kinda itchy on the trigger finger eh? I will say this - I am not a wolf. If I were, I would be the worst wolf ever and deserve to die. If you want to lynch another villager, stick with that vote. |

May I ask why? All that is going to happen is that they will either... A: Kill you to make fouts look guilty(if he is innocent) or B: I don't know, but you sure as hell seem shady for making that comment.

The full moon is out tonight, and the still air is rent with screams as the werewolves claim another victim! When you venture out in the morning the dead person is dubb93 who was an innocent villager!
In addition, during the night Fouts was struck by the Dart of the Assassin! Unless a healing item is used on him tonight, he will die at the end of Night 3! He may speak and vote normally today. Well, I don't see any good reason to even discuss Fouts in the context of voting today in light of the dart.
I'm hoping some new information becomes available overnight that we can act on - better than we did yesterday (sigh). I'm not expecting that I will have ability to post much today; will be visiting a client with restrictive firewall policies. |
