Did you ever elaborate on why Bovada limited your wager size? Seems very strange. I get sick of BetPhoenix and their line limits on certain sports. No I didn't really elaborate, but it wasn't strange to me. I want some more time to pass before I elaborate. I cashed out 45% of what I had and put the other 45% with someone else, but did leave 10% with Bovada because there are certain sports that I might be able to score with on there again at some point. Or worse comes to worse they just kick me off entirely which wouldn't be the end of the world.

That’s not how in game works. They adjust the line based on what’s already happened on the game. So that game was 10-10 at the half. The in game total wouldn’t be 49.5 anymore. It would likely be 44.5 or something like that. Then let’s say they put up three TDs in the third quarter. The total may go to 55.5. It’s always changing based on the game flow.

Ah. That's actually a much better system than keeping the O/U the same and adjusting the odds.

Most books you can't typically live bet spreads or totals once the game gets down to about the 2 minute warning. Typically limited to just betting on the winner or loser for close games at fluctuating lines based on game action.

I did have the Redskins +6, and that was also some BS, but not as bad as that Falcons Over.

Years ago, a now-defunct website called the World Sports Exchange allowed in-game betting (basically buying or selling "shares" of each team to win, transacting with the house on their terms). If you were smart, you could easily find places where the algorithm was weak, it was beatable IMO. I cleaned up during the back-and-forth ending of the first NE/NYG SuperBowl, I recall.

you can actually do OK on the live betting if you pay attention. There are a lot of opportunities for a middle. Lets say you bet a basketball game over 220. They combine for 65 points in the first quarter the live total may go to 235. You can then bet the under and if it falls in between you win both bets.
