What I meant by perform is what QB would give you the best chance to win if he had 10 average players around him. Take away guys like Jerry Rice, hall of fame running backs, dominant offensive lines. 10 average players surrounding you, who gives you the best chance to win.

I love the worst QB discussion. Coming into this discussion, one name jumped out at me.

Kelly Stouffer.

After it came to my head, I looked up his stats:

437 pass attempts, 51% completion rate, 7TD, 19INT, 3.7 yards per attempt, 50 sacks, 20 fumbles, 54 rating.

His last year in the league he had 190 pass attempts with a long completion of 33 yards. And I watched him play. So that's my pick.

Helmet to helmet I can understand. My point was that the ball wasn't past him by the time he went in for the hit. So I understand a helmet to helmet call, but not a defenseless receiver call. The DB has to have a chance to hit the receiver if he catches the ball.

Just a horrible PI call. One of those where I didn't like the call in real speed and liked it less in slo mo. One of the worst calls I've seen this season. It cost the Dolphins 7 points.
