Render, if you are telling the truth then IMO you made poor usse of this ability. Day 1 would have been the perfect time to come forward with this while we had the full 16 players actions to double up on. We could have made the most of it then. |

Because I wanted to live THROUGH day 1 you fools. WTF? reveal on day 1 that I can single handedly protect a massive amount or work?
Better to let day 1 and 2 go by, get to the point of near completion and ENSURE completion by playing my tune when we only have to do a smaller bit to finish and avoid sabotage altogether? day 1 my ass. That would have been suicide. |

at this point its too farking late anyway, you have blown yet another vote on a villager. based on...what? someone's gut instinct on a play 9 out of 10 of you would have or HAVE done in the past.

If you had someone else to vote for besides me, who would it be? I'll toss my two votes there and at least give you the OPTION of not lynching another villager.

So you could have used it onNight One for Day Two, but not one Day One at all? I still don;t get how that would have killed you. You'd have used your power, why would teh demons go after you then at all?

My choice would be Mr. Wednesday or Schmidty, not sure which.
Heck, I'll lead: UNVOTE RENDER VOTE MR. WEDNESDAY Seemed to be subtly trying to discourage us from working on the cathedral earlier... |

I agree. If IU had this power, no way I'd have not used it as soon as possible, Night One. There's only so many days you need to build the Cathedral, there's no incestive to wait.

I'd be curious to know if RendeR's so called ability to double work on the Cathedral is a one time thing or not. If so, why wouldn't he use it to prove himself in the CoT and then count on the BG (which the rules says does exist in this game) to protect him?
Also, someone earlier mentioned something about the BG stopping a lynch...I never played a game where anyone could change the results of the lynch, only the night action. Am I wrong there? I'm trying to post quickly, I'll go back and find the post I'm referring to and quote it...maybe there is something there worth investigating.... |

Here is the post I was referring to...Mr Wednesday. He was explaining his vote and saying the reason he didn't move off DT was b/c it was doubtful his vote would change the outcome, and b/c there was a chance the bg would protect him. Anyone else think this is suspicious or am I grasping at straws here? |

Lathum pointed out that if DT was the seer and we didn;t vote him off, he'd have been night killed, and I beleive MrW is pointing out that a BG might have prevented that.

there is no logical reason that if you have the role that render claims, not to have used it last night, and then came out and told everyone about it today...the amount of work we could have accomplished would have finished the cathedral, and if it had been doubled, would have established render as the center of the COT....as far as that making you a target for the wolves, that would be a poor play at this point...you would have expended your usefullness...wht would they try and kill you when there are still so many potentially better targets?

I'd like to point out to RendeR that, in the future, your fake reveals need to have less holes in them.

Well technicaly there were no real holes in them, you just saw holes because you doubted the reveal altogether. Lathum sniffed at my little question early on day one to try and snif out some clues to where angels were hiding. Unfortunately. The rest was basically pure bunk and me being frustrated for having gotten caught so early. Adios, I'll see you all next time on MY turf....MUHAhahahahahahaha |

Your entire reason for voting for me at all, when I made light of the public roles, I was trying to be inconspicuous and probe a bit for possible angel activity. You jumped on it like a rabid dog on a day old piece of meat. |
