I have placed MANY killing votes on wolves when I was a wolf. Keep in mind that Abe was going to get voted out. It was only a matter of time. He didn't go day 1 barely, he tied day 2, and again on day three he was getting massive amounts of votes. At that point why the hell not make yourself look good? Those late "condemning" votes on Abe do not do anything for me. If they had voted the other way Abe goes today and they all look awful. Abe was going, a smart wolf would make it look like he was finally going b/c of him. |

Wow. What a day. With danny gone, I'll reveal. I was "the wife." Actually, let's get it straight. I WAS THE ESTRANGED wife.

Yeah, dubb, and I'm not 100% clear how you did so. Although, I might add, I believe if I go back to my PMs with Danny I think we were both pegging CR for a vampire. Danny actually started to believe CR's statements near the end, though I wasn't buying it.
I can give you details on who danny scanned for master vampires, for what it's worth. Without looking, I can tell you that I do know Peregrine was our first scan and Schmidty was last night's.

Just got back from a long day of job-hunting. Very happy to see that we got the Master Vamp!! Sorry I doubted you Danny!!
Peregrine - I don't really know what to say to defend myself from your vote, so I'll just that I understand your suspicion. My vote history does look iffy. On day two and three I was tempted to switch over, but I wasn't completely sure, and if I did switch, it would have looked like a pile-on, so I took the chance and stayed on Danny and Telle. That's about it.

Well I'm not sure what to say about this claptrap, other than what I said there was purely about me, the player, not anything I may have received as a PM. I never use PM information in games, people who have played the games I GM know I come out really hard against that, I think it's against the spirit of the game. So guys, we need to get going here. It's three hours to lynch and we have what, three votes? For three different people? Let's hear from some of the others and get some more votes out there.

Looks like I have a 1 in 7 chance of voting for the right vampire.

The good news is that with probably only one vamp left, they don't have much force in trying to manipulate the vote - other than by trying to convince us to vote for someone.
It might be interesting for everyone to post the three people they consider the most likely suspects - if we put all those together it might give us a good person to vote for. I know Dubb and I have already done this (though I listed 4.) |

FWIW,
We scanned Peregrine first for master vamping. Nada. Next was kwhit, again, nada. Next was going to be CR. I wasn't thrilled with his feigned ignorance of the rules. However, he swayed Danny and we were instead going with Schmidty.

One thing that kind of jumps out of me from one of the PMs from danny.
Essentially, this came as Danny and I voted for Abe the day before. Danny pointed out that of the four people that voted for Abe on that day, three of us (EF, Danny, and me) were confirmed good. That meant at most one wolf voted for him and it wasn't Telle (which he didn't think she was), then no wolves voted for him. He wanted to say as much in the thread, but would have outed me in the process. Noting that, Danny pretty much had Abe pinned as a wolf. Danny's logic and PB's "random" vote on Abe sold me, I know that much. He was also suspecting Peregrine. Danny's though was that Pere had not voted for Abe at all and then tried to create a new potential victim in Telle after Danny "revealed" as the wife. Danny felt that Pere might be subtley shifting focus to Telle away from Abe. Danny argued that we as villagers would have more to gain by lynching Abe, but that Pere was seemingly trying to avoid Abe's lynching, without directly linking himself to it.

Hmm, if Danny was suspecting me so much, why didn't he say so? He didn't mention it in his master list of votes, and in fact said I had earned some level of trust. So are you basing your vote on that, or just what he told you?

I've been reading through the thread and at the reasoning behind suspicion of clap, and am convinced that there is a decent shot at him being bad. I don't want to look like a pile on, but I tried to avoid doing that the past couple of days, and look what it got me. I hope we're right.
Vote clap

He certainly didn't mention that I was in fact the wife. The truth is, danny and I were able to share information with each other that we didn't feel we could here.
For example: This quite very very nearly was a VOTE ABE SARGENT post. However, after Danny's reveal, I felt I better keep my mouth shut and head down. I felt if CR was a bad guy (yes, I had told Danny I didn't like CR for his feigned ignorance of the rules) and was looking to shift focus on someone, he might take the first person that would vote for Abe. I told Danny that I was essentially going to hide out of a bit and play some under the radar so that the vampires would not try to link Danny with me. Instead, Danny cast the first vote later, and ironically Chief Rum followed. I felt for certain that CR would later remove the vote.

To add on to the last post, Poli:
Danny in post 399 - did not include me in his list of suspects (Pass, Dubb, Chief Rum, Schmidty,) and said he'd give me the benefit of the doubt for now. Danny in post 417 - listed everyone's voting and made comments on those he felt suspicious - did not comment on me I'm not saying he had cleared me, but clearly it was obvious I wasn't at the top of his list - and you saying so now seems strange to me. |

Truth be told, Pere wasn't the only person he suspected. He had concerns obviously with Schmidty, who was to be his last scan. He also said that if Schmidty was clean, he was going after Clap next.

Actually, re-reading the PM, he was scanning Schmidty, and if he came up clean, was going to push for a Clap lynch.

Getting close to lynch time, and I'd feel better if we'd heard from Telle and Schmidty in the voting. I'm guessing Kwhit is just out of the game at this point? Hasn't posted since the 19th.

Don't even get started there - basing your votes on supposed secret PMs you had with a dead person is highly suspicious. No one can back up your claim, if you were a wolf making a false reveal it would give you carte blanche to say Danny had implicated anyone. |

I'm not saying you are a wolf, mind you, but just that that kind of rationalization is pretty shaky.

I guess my point is, Danny had to figure he was a priority wolf target just based on the fact that he was the most active person and was basically leading our attack. I can't believe that in the last hours leading up to his lynching he would be playing games with who he suspected. He put his cards clearly on the table. Vote for who you choose, but you would be mistaken to vote for me - I'd advise looking at the suspect list he identified - we already know one of the four he named was a wolf - (Pass, Dubb, Chief Rum, Schmidty.)

It is entirely possible you changed his mind...but like I said...just hours earlier he had quite a bit to say about you. Now, in all honesty, quite a bit was actually more like a paragraph...but that is more than he had to say about anyone other than those than are already dead vampires.

Then again, as I see it unfolding, you did vote for Abe in between that PM and the post 399.
