Well, I'm not sure if I'll have a chance to be around near the deadline and I have to get to work shortly.

I'll put a vote out there for saldana. I feel like he's been stuck on me, based on my day 1 vote, since immediately after it happened. To me, it has felt like he has tried to divert attention onto me (and, I'm guessing away from his buddies that were getting some heat) the entire game. Since no one has seemed to identify an avatar and sal has avoided scrutiny, I'm going to go with my gut.

- Heinz scanned JE (is this confusing to anyone? I don't want to turn into Flasch with my shorthand) and he came back Elemental.

- no news from Lathum, me, Cronin, or Path

Swaggs, did you do anything or have anything happen to you that you would like to report?
Clap, did you do anything or have anything happen to you that you would like to report?

Friday afternoons are often ghost-towns around here, and it doesn't seem like there is much new stuff to add to the mix from yesterday. Just an increasing elemental body count and no avatars to be found.

Hoops, can you see any good reason why someone that has seer-like abilities should not share their findings at this point?

Why wouldn't they share their findings immediately? If I had used such an abillity, I would log on first thing and say "I scanned ______. The result was ____." There would be zero reason to sit on such information.

That's exactly what I did. Frankly, there's no reason not to. It gets info out there and if anything I'd think I'm less of a target for Avatars since I've lost a power to try and find them with.

Last night, I used my mighty power of identifying someone elses' power. For obvious reasons, I'm not naming names, but someone out there has the ability to scan. I'm guessing/hoping that they haven't had a chance to use it because the right day hasn't popped up yet.

But, my guess is that multiple players have that ability, based on the seemingly repeating powers (ie: the Duke ability). It's a little hard to believe that someone that has it has not had the opportunity to use it yet.

To me, it seems likely that there is something like one seer per day. I guess whoever had the seer the first day may have died or not used it yet, but I would encourage everyone to use it and share the next day (probably doesn't need to be said).

My only comment is that I was concerned about BOTH jeheinz and jonathan ezarik, so one clearing the other doesn't exactly thrill me.

Clap, can you give a lot more detail about the power you used last night? Since it is spent, I think you are best served talking about what it does in as much detail as possible without quoting the PM.

Im guiessing it failed, mainly cuz I cant hitnk of any other reasons...... coulda been blocked.... dunno.

I'm looking to try and track activity at this point - the game is starting to get away from us, so I'm going to be getting increasingly concerned with people who aren't doing anything with their powers. I'm tilting towards thinking there is more value in discussion on this than keeping cards close to vest, since we are down 4-0 and the powers are predicated on a cycle that may not (or may) come around again.

Here is a record of what I've done, would love for others to either follow suit or discuss downside of doing so:
D1/N1: sent Ethereal Servant, had ritual performed on me (by Path, who was blocked?)
D2/N2: did not initiate anything, didn't see reason to do so based on power and circumstances (will share the power if people feel strongly about it). No actions on me, based on lack of PM

Path- Day 1 cast an early vote day 1 and then hung around throughout the day but never changed his vote. Was he possibly hanging around in case there was a late switch.

Claims someone visited him and altered his powers, now Cronin claimed the same thing. What are the odds 2 people had the same ability, under the same sign and used it? Now hops mentions that JE may have visited Path, but that is never confirmed.

JE then comes in and confirms he didn't use his powers on Path, so who did?

This now has been kind of glossed over, yet no one has claimed to have attempted to alter Paths powers?

So your scan is more like Schmidty/Heinz, in determining allegiance rather than powers like Swaggs did?

Swaggs, was the "powers scan" the one you did on Night 1 or did you do this last night?

Lathum, I was on this train of thought for awhile yesterday, but I asked Path for what happened with his powers and he gave an explanation before Cronin. Cronin has agreed with the impact of the power alteration, which would be hard to do if he was making it up.

I know Cronin was telling the truth about having his powers altered, since I saw SnDvls do it. The only way that Path could have been bluffing, that I can come up with, is that Cronin and Path are both Elementals and can thus chat with each other.
