Depends on how long you want to go and how many lists you have. It appears CF is on but Mustang is not on. Izulde is usally around at this time so Id imagine he would pop back on if Mustang picks.

I need quirky, comic actor that can also play leading man, be childlike or even have sex appeal and great with voiceover.

9.7 Johnny Depp - Supporting Actor

You are hired!

I think of Depp as a lead. It seems to me most of the films he has done of late are written for him. Pirates, Alice, Sweeny Todd, etc...

Obviously though a great guy to have in your stable.

This is a question I had earlier. Obviously Denzel is a lead actor but with the diverse talent he has could really do anything well. I was just wondering if there were restrictions on who you could choose as a supporting actor and the answer given was no.

That's the unique thing about Depp. He's a character actor in a leading man's body. All the roles he gets are these huge characters that are normally the small character roles. Pirates, Alice, Scissorhands, Sweeney, Ed Wood, Corpse Bride, all these are huge characters. THe guy is such a chameleon. I think the closet thing to a leading man "type" role I've seen him do is in Ninth Gate and Chocolat.

Well played

I think most of the great ones are chameleons in that you can get lost in their character but I like how you did this.

9.9 Heath Ledger - Supporting Actor

Since we're picking off the prettyboi actors, I might as well go with the one that had the best damned supporting actor performance I've seen in years, maybe even my entire life.

9.10 David O. Selznick, Producer (Golden Age)
Has a veritable fuckload of great pictures under his belt including "King Kong" and "Gone with the Wind" but "Rebecca" is imo, the best Golden-Era movie ever made.

10.1 Scarlett Johansson, Supporting Actress
One of the most plowable women in the world and a damn good actress to boot. To me, she seems like the type of girl to do nude scenes if the movie called for it. Enter Stanley Kubrick.

10.2 D.W. Griffith - Director (Golden Age)
Controversial director with Birth of a Nation, his most famous film, but what really makes him important is what he contributed to filmmaking. He was responsible for pioneering a lot of basic film technology and later filmmakers, such as Alfred Hitchcock, John Ford, and Orson Welles considered themselves indebted to him. Oh yeah, the Directors Guild of America named its highest award after him and he was on a 10 cent 1975 stamp. He'll provide the technological marvels for our Wheel of Time series, fo' sho.

Last time I looked, half the board are cult, nerd, scifi, fantasy geeks.

CF's pick

10.4 Director Mike Nichols

Half of the great comedy team of Nichols and May, this oscar and golden globe winning director (and 5 time nominee in each) as well as emmy winner has directed some of the best movies of his generation. He handles irreverent comedy, intense drama and everything in between with ease, finding the biting satire in many of his works and focusing on people and their relationships in extreme circumstances. Director of The Graduate, Biloxi Blues, Who's Afraid of Virgina Woolf?, Carnal Knowledge, Silkwood, Working Girl, Postcards from the Edge, Wolf, The Birdcage, Primary Colors, Closer, and my personal favorite Catch-22.
