Never let the officials decide the game.

Not unexpected. Saves me money as I will go to neither the B1G game or Bowl.

I guess the bloom is off the rose for Texas, but they are up 7 with Houston driving inside the 20, 2 minutes left.

That loss and the one other ahead makes it easier to get rid of BF at least. Not that it will happen.

Texas just got gifted a win. They ruled a guy down inches short of a 1st down and apparently refused to review it even though the replay clearly showed that he made the 9 yard line. Should have been a 1st and goal, instead they called a crappy rollout on 4th and didn't get it. What garbage.

My son sent me to Twitter, said "you gotta find that Iowa play if you didn't see it"

Okay, I find a clip. What I see -- without any context or knowledge of why I was watching mind you -- was a guy making a half-assed fair catch signal. The clip ended right after he caught the ball. My assumption, watching the same clip three times, was that he must have gotten hit and fumbled after the fair catch or something.

Only afterwards do I discover what actually unfolded.

Iowa had 2 yards in the 2nd half.
Iowa had 3.7 times as many punting yards as offensive yards.
Iowa ran 28 times for 11 yards.
Iowa had 8 first downs and 6 penalties.

I don't know what Norvell is doing but I already had a bad feeling about this game and this ain't helping. We haven't run the ball up the middle consistently all year and you do that crap on a 4th down on your side of the 50.

Crazy sequence in Miami-Clemson game.

Clemson's QB fumbles right before crossing the goal line. Miami recovers.
On the very next play, Miami's RB breaks a long run, but is caught right at the end and fumbles. A trailing Miami player recovers it in the end zone for the TD.

It’s a weird world where he and Ryan Fitzpatrick are seemingly the two most marketable NFL guys.

We have a booster ready to cut the check to fire him right now. He was ready last week, the week before, ect. We have many more on board so he wouldn't have to shoulder that load himself. It was Gee's call last offseason it's going to be Gee's call again. Wren has some say, but until Gee is gone everything to do with the athletic department runs through him.

The worst part is that I think we beat teams with less talent earlier in the season, but, with any discipline whatsoever, we should have won these last two by 10+ each, in my opinion.

I can't believe what I just saw in the Virginia-UNC game. 2 yards from a TD to grab a near-certain win, they fumble it out of the end zone for a touchback.

In one night, the ACC just double-shot their CFP hopes in both balls.

Then of course he had to be taken off the field on a stretcher on a unpenalized very late hit. Not a fan of how Ark St played this game glad we beat then 27-17

Can you imagine being a player and trying to find the will to compete despite playing for Cristobal?

I mean, no matter the outcome, under the circumstances there hasn't been a lack of effort by the players. That says ... something, if nothing else.

I don't care if the Canes pull this out, that sequence at the end of regulation is just incredibly dumb.

Miami had the momentum, a good kicker, plenty of time, and a timeout. To play for OT there is both dumb and cowardly. And even if you're playing for OT because you're worrying about a turnover, he STILL CALLED A HANDOFF INSTEAD OF KNEELING.

Well, why throw the two passes earlier in the possession if you're gonna do what brainless did at the end?

I'm telling ya, they need to piss test that clown. No way he's not on something.

Washington watched FSU's 1Q and said hold my beer. They'll still win by double digits because ASU has zero points but Penix has 2 INT and a lost fumble.

EDIT: OK, they converted the fumble into a TD (missed a FG earlier).

Not sure Riley doesn't have a moving van in front of his house whenever he gets home.

I say "whenever" cause surely they won't let him get on the plane back to Clemson.

Game of the night - 0-6 Nevada 6, SDSU 0. That must have been a thrilling game to watch.

Under 450 yards total combined between the 2 teams but just one TO, a lost fumble. 12 punts combined. This was just pathetically bad offense.

Well, if Klubnik changed the play that was called then there's what feels like an obvious question: did he audible at the line, or did he give the wrong play in the huddle? Assuming he has the freedom to audible there, then that's kinda one thing. If he doesn't, or made up his own mind coaching be damned then that's kind of another (and he kinda belongs under the bus).

And before anybody thinks that's a crazy question, uh, have you watched Clemson? As completely clueless as they appear offensively, I believe either is possible.

Can't we just agree there was a lot of offensive offensive football played today? The only TD in Iowa-Minnesota was because of 33 penalty yards on a 46 yard drive. The teams combined for 366 yards of offense with their QBs going 20-53 combined.
