I like my team though I need Vick to stop playing like a moron and NE to stop making Gronk block so much.

Yep, that was an epic thought along the lines of "Raiders looking good in preseason".

Another observation: Packer, Lathum, and I made the playoffs last year and we're a combined 2-13 this year.

That is crazy. I am 1-9 in my two leagues. Nothing at all going my way it seems.

Your generosity is appreciated. I took a flier on him and Mendenhall in the draft, figuring there was a good chance I would suck this year so why not go boom/bust.

Yeah, he is a turd. I drafted in a league when I knew better. My worst team is in that league.

Heck. Yes. Aaron Rodgers outscores my opponent by himself and I FINALLY get a damn victory. Hope this is a sign of things to come for my team AND the Packers

Touchdown Mafia and either Klein Bottles or Roadkill Cafe were the only teams with winning records coming into this week that will win.

I remember having a team like my current one years ago. Either the highest score for the week (like yesterday) or (more frequently unfortunately) the lowest score.

It does even if you don't make the playoffs. If you win the Toilet Bowl, you get the #1 pick.

I think Doug Martin set the record for most points ever. I think Vick had 66 that Monday night and Martin has 70

I just saw a tweet that said he was like 4.5 short of the highest single-game total since 2000 (which was Clinton Portis evidently). Obviously that is heavily dependent on the scoring in any given league. Still crazy either way.

In a mostly bleak and frustrating season, there has been no bigger highlight than when I refreshed the score after the late games (we were throwing a bday party for my daughter so I had no idea what was going on), I saw my score and said "Wha???" scrolled and saw that ludicrous 69 points for Martin.

Fun (and unsurprising) fact: Doug Martin went from 11th to 1st in the league in RB points this year with that game

Two players on my bench scored 21+ points and even if I had started them, I STILL would have lost.

Yup, that is how my season has been. *sigh*

I'm not sure it matters, but my points against is higher than anyone elses. My points for sucks also but if I had gotten even a little lucky in some matchups I could be at .500 right now, Such is fantasy.

Opposite side of the coin is I moved into first place for points scored and don't have a huge amount of points against, yet I have a 4-6 record.

Looks like cliching the playoffs will not happen this week for Hippos as it was a bad week all around for the team. Schaub's 62 on the bench against me did not hurt the Mollys Murphys

I think we're going to have a good foundation for next season with the players we have now. Rice, Dalton and Garcon should be solid keepers. Now we just need to dig up a rookie who has prospects for being productive next year.

For saldana and I, the playoffs start now. The winner of our week 13 tilt gets the last playoff spot in our division. In the other, there's a bye week at stake but unless Molly goes crazy out-scoring SI, it looks like the three spots are determined.

Fleaflicker has trouble with our playoff format, so I'll probably have to manually adjust the teams starting in week 14 and I'll have to see if we can prevent them getting messed up in week 15+16 as has happened in previous seasons.

As teams are eliminated starting in week 14, I'll update what draft position the eliminated teams have for the coming season.

I was trying to figure out why I hadn't clinched a playoff spot. I didn't realize that there were 3 teams from each division and not just the top 6 finishers.

I am rather quite pleased that I got hold of Kapernick. I'll have a big decision to make between him and Romo in the off season.

Not to my knowledge. Here's a link to the rules post from before the season that states top 3 teams in each division:

Pretty sure TLK laid it out towards the end of last season's thread too.
