It's not like I am a hospital administrator. I am the head physician of a very large hospital, the doctor that a doctor like Chief Rum would report to and turn to when he did not know what to do. It certainly would make more sense to have me leading the medical effort and directing the other physicians, just like I do on earth, including emergency physicians.

Just for in game reasons, Zinto's been active and putting out good ideas (to me). His character has some solid leadership experience, though admittedly we're not selling anything out here or appealing to shareholders.
