Well, the benefit DT is looking for is that if the duke uses his power it proves that he's who he says he is, and we have someone we can trust. That said, I don't think it's a good idea.

But there is no reason to do this. If Saldana is the seer, he will be nked before long and we have our answer there, if he is not then eventually the real seer will come out and Saldana lack of dying would be telling.
