I wonder if you can drop the bomb now or if you need to be more towards the center of the diamond. You don't want drop it if the crosshairs aren't entirely on the diamond but you also don't want to risk moving too far in one direction and missing the diamond altogether. It looks good to me, though, and I think you can drop the bomb now.

I only have one move left -- can I move the crosshairs AND drop the bomb, or do I have to use my last move to drop the bomb?

Moving the crosshairs takes one movement point. Dropping a bomb takes one movement point. They may not be combined into one move.

I can issue one target location, right?

Like:

Target down 5/8
Target left 1/2...

That would count as 1 MP since I'm centering the target, right?

If the answer is yes, then I do that then "drop bomb". If each of those would count as 1 MP (hence draining what I have), then let me know

Edit: Let me know before you make any moves if my assumption is wrong

Yes, that takes 1 MP total to move your crosshairs in the two directions, leaving you 1 left to drop the bomb. Since there are no baseball fields within your field of view, though, you do not win $10,000 for the group pot. Not sure what anything in the bottom left quadrant of that picture did to you to earn that bomb on their heads, but that is none of my business I guess.

And with, that Mission #6 draws to a close.

The group pot stands at $124,000. Not bad. However, we have a quiz and an execution looming. I have prepared the quiz ahead of time and if you are ready for it in the next 15 minutes or so, I can get it to you tonight, otherwise, I will be back tomorrow and you can request it then.
