Guys can we eliminate waiting period on trades? I think all agreed upon trades should go through immediately.

It's a weekly league though. As long as you complete the trade by Friday, you will get the player for the following week. I would have more beef about it if it was a daily league but weekly, I'm pretty indifferent.

even if trades were automatic, you cant change your weekly lineup, so the wait doesn't bother me in that sense.

the bigger abomination is having a trade veto policy in place at all. we're all adults here, we can be trusted to make trades

Why is there a limitation on IP? I don't think there should be any pitching minimum. Yeah I got smoked this week but I should of had a point for saves.

That discussion was brought up earlier in the thread and was never really settled. Having gotten burned in the playoffs by it a couple years back, it still bothers me too

I lost in the semis despite tying. Weird tiebreaker. Technically, I had the better regular season record. Ah well. Was a good run.

Almost thought the other semi was going to be a tie too - both really close.

Looks like it was regular season record against the opponent, which would you have lost, 12 - 15. Still an odd tiebreaker.

This was my most successful season since we started this thing. I wasn't happy with how it ended (seems like I end up getting the short end of the stick on some weird technicality a lot), but overall, I'm quite happy. A few early season moves made a big difference.

Of course, losing Mookie Betts one pick before mine in the second (I was taking him) still hurts, especially when I ended up with Jose Bautista. Great contract year. And my staff did their best Mets impression down the stretch.

(At least it isn't my FOFC FF team, which may be the greatest dumpster fire in the history of the league. Yeesh.)
