If my phone permits it I will but it takes me awhile to load the page so I might not move from DT since I cant keep up to the minute with the votes. I still feel he's a decent choice anyways. Really don't have an issue with any of them, hopefully we get some more luck going our way.

I just couldn't see myself voting for DT and then doing the exact same thing he did which got me to vote for him in the first place.

Oh sure now my vote looks like an outlier! Stupid phone. Keep your fingers crossed for me that the cable company doesn't reschedule last minute again. Should be an interesting result here. Did DT seal it for mau?

Is there any move you like Eagle? we narrowed the candidates down like you've been begging us to do for a while now.

Yeah well.. if we're wrong I'm sure it's my head that's gonna roll. But as I said, I voted for DT because he stayed on a candidate after momentum had moved away and didn't switch to one of the main vote-getters... and I realized I was doing the exact same thing, so I decided to switch. |

Going to check the vote count again to make sure and take a quick sudden potty break before the write-up. Take 5 (or more) everyone. Will have lynch writeup done by 7:30 PST. The Night Action writeup done by 8:30 PST.

Well if Mauboy turns up good, we've definitely got some movement to save Autumn. So that's something to consider tomorrow.

In my dream world the seer has already scanned Lathum, will scan Autumn and survives long enough to tell us the results. I'd bet my vanilla ass that one of them is a wolf and is trying to take the other one down the way they interacted today.

moon (300x300).jpg
The pack meets back as the moon rises. "My friends, we have something to discuss. Whether Mowgli the Frog shall run with the pack or not. Father Wolf, you wish to speak?" "I have nothing to say. I do not think we should discuss this any further while we are still in mourning." "Very well," says Akela. The grave of Danny is in view and as you look at it, you cannot help but let out another mourning howl. "Akela? Why is HE here?" One of the wolves points to Tabaqui, who's body is wrapped around a tall striped pole with his head resting on the top with a wide manical stare. tabaquigrin.jpg "That was my idea," says Bagheera, "To ward off the evil spirits and to let it be known to those who cross us that they may end up with a similar fate. I just hope Danny's spirit has forgiven those who snubbed him." You look up at Tabaqui again, his maddened gaze does not make you seriously hope HE does not come back to haunt you. As you look something odd begins to happen, the stripes on the pole begin to move. Tabaqui rises from his pole and hovers over you. "BEWARE WOLVESSSSSS! YOU HAVE DESECRATED MY SACRED SPIRIT! I SHALL HAUNT YOU AND HUNT DOWN TO YOUR LASSST BREATTTTTTTHHHHH!" You jump and scatter, as Tabaqui's face catches the moonlight just right. Could it be? Has Tabaqui come back to haunt you? Those around you bark and cry as Tabaqui flies toward you and lands in the middle of your assemblage. Those who haven't hidden underneath their fellow wolves dive for the bushes. You can now see the striped pole for what it is. The 30-foot python known as KAA. He hisses with laughter. "Hahahaha. You fools. Just coming by for a tasssssssssssssssssssssste. I wanted to see which of you will go with your friend," he hisses. kaa.jpg With the end of his tail he indicates the wolf-head sized bulge in his abdomen. "And it is sssssssssso nice that there are those here that wish the same fate on you." "Now you listen here, Kaa! We don't need nothing from you around here!" says Baloo stepping forward. "Oh no fat bear? We'll ssssssee about that!" Kaa slithers forward and winds his body around Baloo and begins to squeeze. "Ack! Can't breathe...." A sudden roar deafens you from closeby. It is the tiger! He is watching. Kaa jumps more than Baloo does, unwinds himself surprisingly fast and winds his way out of camp. "Excussssssssssssssssssssssssse me. The master wantssssss to kill me now. I must go. But I'll be back," Kaa says. The large wolfhead sized lump gets stuck between two thin trees and stops Kaa momentarily. "Blasssst this!" Baloo grabs the tail, pulls back and releases it, sending Kaa flying forward out of sight. "You'll be sssssssssssssorry for that!" Things settle down and you all come out of your hiding places. Akela once more speaks. "Kaa was correct. The tiger is watching. And we can no longer be sure that we are all safe amongst each other. Father Wolf growls, "Then I shall no longer bring all of my family to the council. Mowgli is no threat to them." "In time, Father Wolf, in time. First we must decide what to do with each other." Father Wolf bows his head and the vote begins anew. Each wolf signifying with a bark whom they distrust the most. Many consider the many possibilities and change their minds several times so much that Bagheera has to help Akela keep a valid count. In the end, there is a clear winner. "I am afraid that most feel that the pack should do away with the wolf boy with the crazy MAUth." "Yes sir. You want me to leave now?" says mauboy jumping forward, "I'll do that for you. Now who should I change my vote to now?" mauboy.jpg "No more voting, son. It will all be over soon." Akela gives the order and the pack attacks him. Mauboy's happy grin stays on his face the whole time. "Thanks, guys! I'm sure I deserve this somehow." When it is all over Akela comes down and sniffs the body. "No smell of Shere Khan. He was a member of us and we have destroyed him. For that we are sad." Each wolf sniffs mauboy's dead form and walks away. Father Wolf looks down and frowns. "Akela? Why did we kill him and THEN sniff him for tiger scent? Why didn't we sniff him first?" Akela looks back and growls, "Because THAT is not the Law of the Jungle." "Oh," says father wolf sheepishly, "SooooRRY! Sheesh. (Hardass)" [Mauboy was a vanilla member of the Seeonee Wolf pack.] Last edited by CrimsonFox : 04-19-2011 at 11:31 PM. |

So what's the expected timeline for the night action results looking like now? Since I've already stayed up more than an hour and a half past when I should have gone to bed just to learn that I f'd up with the lynch vote... might as well stay up a little longer for the rest of the results if it's not going to be much longer.

It is just another nice night for a cool roll in the dirt. That's wolf Lathum's favorite pasttime. He loves going down by the water and rolling in the dirt. It gets his coat all soft and sparkly. Lathum takes his nightly vigil and relaxes in some good dirt. Suddenly he hears a horrible noise, a crash and a shout by the caves above: "Little cub little cub! Let me in! I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll bloooooooooow your house in!" "I've been on your tail, Mr. Big Bad Wolf! and you're not going to do that anymore...," snarls Father Wolf. "GRRRRRRRRRRRRR! I don't like it when people mispronounce my name!!!! It isn't Mr BIG Bad Wolf! It's MR BUG Bad Wolf!" They go for each other's throats. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1q9vx-CBueU In the end, good triumphs over evil and Father Wolf stands victorious. The stench of tiger is clear on MrBug. He has posters in his room of how to dissect pigs and things scrawled on his wall like "Akela is a finkdog!". Father Wolf seems rather pleased with himself. Until .... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EoXqF7SSJtg The roar of the tiger is heard. Shere Khan is enraged that one of his own has been hunted and killed and wants one of his own. Father Wolf runs toward the noise but is rather out of breath. By the time he and the others get there, poor Lathum is dead in the dirt. With a sigh, they carry his body, dirt and all, to the grave area. But at least the Bug Bad Wolf is dead. ZekeWolf.gif [Lathum was a vanilla Seeonee Wolf pack member. MrBug was a vanilla wolf of Shere Khan's Forces.] Last edited by CrimsonFox : 04-20-2011 at 12:05 AM. |

Well that's pretty great, villagers have been right on with seemingly random villager NKs lately. Kudos to whoever pulled that trigger, must've seen something damning enough
Sucks to lose a couple more vanillas but things aren't shaping up badly, still have the seer and BG in play (presumably) on top of two wolves down I'm a little surprised lathum was the NK target, he was definitely pinging people even if most of us figured it was too out there for a wolf. |
