Ok this is the second person to say this about me this game. I don't see how I have been really under the radar. Normally I am under the radar, but I have made a bigger effort to post when I could and do it in blocks.

I will again say what my major problem with Chief's analysis (other than the fact it points to me among others ) I am making the assumption that we started out with 3 bad Titans. I just don't buy that 2 of the 3 titans were on the same guy in the first day. Now I admit this is just a theory, but since we know path voted for Barkeep, I am willing to give the others that voted for him a little break. And keeps them all from my least trusted list today.

Currently iam considering looking at the voters of Anxiety, Hoops and Neon.

interestingly: in Greek thought, the fates of the goddess of wisdom and war (Athena) and the god of th forge that makes the weapons of war were linked.

Guys, I'm likely out until just about deadline. I'm leaving my vote as is for now but am willing to change.

DT, I see the "reveal" you are talking about it and it is the one thing, at this point, that is making me consider moving my vote.

Go Sox, and see you guys in a little bit.

After looking through the people voting for someone other than Barkeep or path I have a couple of observations...

First, I do not know whether it is just not knowing a lot about the game or nerves or that he is a Titan or a bad guy at least. Racer seems to be throwing out there some highly questionable things out there. For example what seems to me to be the main reason he is voting for me is that I voted along with path. There may be one other bad guy in the group who voted for BK but I kinda doubt it at the moment, and certainly not ALL of those that voted with path could be guilty. Note also that mine was the very first vote on Barkeep when it was a two man race. I will also note that Racer has been under the radar quite a bit.

I was a little surprised to seeing posts from cronin so little on the first day, but at the moment am just attributing that to him being busy as it seems he has started to post more today.

I am not sure what to make of RA and AE right now. If I had to choose early in the day if one was bad, I would have chosen AE,,, now not as sure. Of course the helpful wolf has been played before.

So after due thought and careful deliberation I will

Vote Racer

the possibility is open. why are you trying to convince me not to move my vote to AC when my vote is on you at the moment?

that's either ballsy covering wolf-play, or seriously concerned villager-play

Well I assume that question will be answered tonight about my style of play. But I do not see that possibility as being open. The rules are pretty clear on that to me. I would also guess that Aphrodite is more likely to be in the game since Hephaestus is (zHusband and Wife if iremember my mythology correctly.)

I thought Alan said you could only put in four points yesterday. One point is always reserved for vote and one is always reserved for action. The rest are for your choosing, but that's only three points. So four total.

I'm really impressed that we nailed a Titan on Day 1.

That being said, I hope we can keep it up. Since AC did a reveal and no one has opposed it (hopefully Neon isn't Heph), I'll unvote.

UNVOTE ARLINGTONCOLT

I have three people in my CoT right now...but they are not going in the same direction. I'm going with

VOTE LATHUM

since AC voted for him and Lathum voted for AC after me.

Hmm, I don't know that today's voting patterns are very satisfactory for me. The best candidate, I think, is Arlington Colt, prior to reveal, but like others, I am reluctant right now to just lynch someone who claims to be an Olympian, at least not without some further evidence.

That said, everyone here is giving too much weight to reveals. I mean, Alan as much as said the wolves have ways to work around mass reveals. Someone suggested that they might know what roles are in the game, and having used that myself in a game as a GM, I have to think that is a strong possibility. If so, no reveal (by character name, that is) is in and of itself a voucher for safety. For all we know, Hephaestus is not in the game, AC is a Titan and is hiding his identity, and since he theoretically would know who is in the game, his "reveal" goes unchallenged.

So not saying he isn't who he says he is, but we should probably not look the other way so fast just because of a reveal.

As to the rest of the options, Lathum is a tough sell for me, because if he is a Titan, why would he and path let path get lynched yesterday? I already showed how close that vote likely was, and noted that Lathum was around at the deadline (proven by his posting).

ntndeacon fits the bill best if we let AC slide for now, although my vibe says he's good. Votes on Render just confuse me, as I think he comes off pretty good from yesterday. I would look askance at anyone voting for Render or Barkeep or Neon right now--it doesn't make sense without a ton more evidence that they would be Titans. So cronin is on the list (but he sorta always he is, isn't he?).

Anyway, I'm going to go with ntndeacon for now, but it's a vote I can change.

VOTE NTNDEACON

Everyone in the game is here, right? Who's hoops delivering a message to that would take him away from the game? No, while I don't discount the possibility he is Hermes, I don't think he is delivering a message. I think he is incognito for game purposes, probably as a result of an action taken against him last night. We will probably see him back tonight. Much like Neon, though, he likely isn't able to participate until the deadline.

I seem to remember a game that took us to...some sort of "area" out of the game. When I read he disappeared or whatever, that was my initial thought, anyhow.

Dude, where have you been? From this post its almost like you haven't read the thread at all? This concerns me as you're normaly VERY on top of the game. Not saying that I've done anything specific to gain trust, but I definitely was involved in getting things rolling in a better direction last night.

BK had some points that would throw a bad light on Lathum. Personally I disagree and think Lathum was just arguing an opposite side to BK because they tend to butt heads that way.

Yes, Render was one of the four (along with BK, DTorgo and Neon) that essentially got path hung in the final hour yesterday. I doubt a Titan would participate in a mad rush to hang their own king.

At this point, I'm not going to change my vote. Primetime TV comes on in 13 minutes and I've got to prepare by taking a leak (TMI, I know), getting something to eat and grabbing another beer. Good luck to us all.

I know you were leading us away from BK. I'm not as convinced that just voting for path clears anybody. With the way the votes work, I think its possible that the wolves might take a chance that they could push the vote behind the scenes.
